Gift Card Transactions

Seller Obligations

When selling gift cards through ToClover, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the legitimate owner of the gift card
  • The gift card was obtained through legal means
  • The gift card has not been reported as lost or stolen
  • The balance information provided is accurate
  • The gift card has not been previously sold or transferred
  • You will not attempt to use the card after selling it

Verification Process

All gift cards submitted to ToClover undergo verification. We reserve the right to:

  • Verify card authenticity and balance
  • Request additional documentation or information
  • Decline transactions that fail verification
  • Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activities
  • Report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities

Fees and Payment

Our fee structure and payment terms:

  • Service fees are disclosed before transaction completion
  • Payment rates are determined by card brand and market conditions
  • Payments are processed within 24 hours of verification
  • Payment methods and availability vary by region
  • Transaction fees may apply depending on payment method
  • Minimum payout thresholds may apply

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Submit stolen, fraudulent, or illegally obtained gift cards
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to manipulate or circumvent our verification systems
  • Use automated tools or bots to access our Services
  • Engage in money laundering or other illegal activities
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
  • You provide false information
  • Your account remains inactive for an extended period
  • Required by law or regulatory authorities

Disclaimers and Limitations

  • Acceptance of all gift card submissions

Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToClover shall not be liable for:

  • Issues arising from third-party payment processors
  • Gift card issuer policies or actions
  • Delays or failures beyond our reasonable control

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through:
